St. Charles Community College reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals, to waive formalities, technicalities or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary Last Day to Address Formal Questions November 11at noon Complete Construction of (2) Pickleball Courts SCC is interested in having (2) Pickleball courts, fencing and all surrounding supporting areas to create a recreational space for Students, Staff and Community. The desire is to have the work completed ASAP once the work commences. o All work to be done per the design drawings and specification as well as any changes made during the walk-through and in compliance of St. Charles Community College and local requirements and regulations o Design and build per B/P and any additional guidance will be given from St Charles Community College o During construction all work areas must be maintained for cleanliness and safety!
