The District desires to secure firm prices for standard rates and afterhours/overtime rates for elevator equipment maintenance, modernization, replacements, repairs, monitoring of elevator phones and monthly inspections at District schools and related facilities. The successful Proposer(s) shall provide prices inclusive of all labor, supervision, overhead, profit, insurance, bonds, tools, vehicles, equipment, and supplies necessary for job completion; every part, component, service, and programming required for the complete function of each elevator - including interior, exterior, pit, shaft, hoist way, and machine room components; all trip charges, mileage, vehicle charges and travel time are to be included in the unit pricing and shall not be invoiced separately to the District.
