Site work for a water / sewer project in Warren, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Finished Water Transmission Main Work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and services necessary for completion of the project. All work shall be done as shown on drawings called for in the description of the work and in a manner directed by the specifications of the City of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. A bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, which can be converted to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid if the bid is accepted; or A certified check equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid; or A cashier's check equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid; or A letter of credit, pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid; made payable to the City of Warren, Ohio, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and its performance secured. The successful low bidder will be required to comply with all contract requirements for Equal Employment Opportunities. All Bidders must fill in all the blanks of the Proposal in ink or typewritten. This Agreement is subject to the requirements of the Clean Air Act, as amended, 33 USC1251 et seq., and the regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency with respect thereto, at 40 CFR Part 15, as amended from time to time. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days. .The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. If the bid is accepted, the successful bidder shall enter into a contract and furnish a Contract Performance Bond in an amount equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the total contract price, in accordance with the specifications. Bids of corporation not chartered in Ohio must be accompanied by proper certification that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio. Successful Bidders will be required to pay at least minimum wage rates predetermined by the State of Ohio for the project work as required. The schedule of Prevailing Wage Rates, predetermined by the State of Ohio, must be downloaded and updated by the Contractor. Each Bidder must ensure all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
