Renovation of a municipal facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Board of Commissioners for the Port of New Orleans is soliciting bids for the HVAC Replacement Cranes 8 and 9 . The Board accepts the following certifications: (1) the SLDBE program run by the City of New Orleans, (2) the state of Louisianas Department of Economic Developments SBE Hudson Initiative program, (3) The Louisiana Unified certification Program, or (4) the Federal Small business Enterprise Program. Bids shall include evidence of a current certification. PONO CONTACT: Respondents must submit Questions in writing to procurement@portnola.com by Monday, January 27, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. CDT. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond guaranteeing the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the contract. Sureties will be required to meet qualifications set forth in LSA-R.S. 38:2218 and R.S. 38:2219 as applicable, and as set forth in the Contract Documents. Delgado Community College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids whichever is in the best interest of Delgado Community College.
