Site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Stanberry, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The proposed work includes the construction of a new 80 single span MoDOT Type VI prestressed concrete girder bridge with 14 dia. galvanized Cast-In-Place piling, concrete abutments, w-beam bridge railing, traffic control, and other required appurtenances. Question Deadline 11/25/2024 Submit completed Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2023 Edition including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The DBE goal for this project is 4%. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project. The Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder who provides the lowest price complying with the Conditions of the Contract Documents within the Owners budget.
