Renovation of a multi-residential development in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Interior Renovations At 907 Nabors Drive CHA reserves the rights to retain all proposal packages submitted and use any idea in a proposal package regardless of whether the package is selected and reserves the right to wave irregularities, to reject any/and all proposals, and to re-advertise this project in accordance with any state, local and federal regulations. Please direct any project-related questions to Zach Messier, Capital Fund Manager, zmessier@chacity.org The intent of the Scope of Work includes but is not specifically limited to Flooring: o Removal and disposal of vinyl and/or wood cove base o Removal and disposal of all existing carpet, sheet vinyl and LVP o Installation of LVP Style Selections Charleston Oak Gray 12-MIL. o Installation of 1x6 wood Base Trim - Ceilings: o Patch and repair all damaged ceilings o Prime and Paint all ceilings throughout the unit (Per approved Paint Schedule) Drywall: o Patch and repair all dents, gouges, marred surfaces and/or holes in all rooms throughout the unit, to include closets, storage areas, and mechanical closets, and pantries. o All Drywall to be repaired, sanded smooth, primed and painted. (Per approved Paint Schedule) Window/door trim: o Fill, repair, sand smooth or replace all damaged areas of window and door trim throughout the unit. o All Interior trim to be repaired, sanded smooth, primed, and painted. (Per approved Paint Schedule) Window Treatments: o Supply and install new, 2 - inch faux wood white cordless blinds. o Blind width: Minimum acceptable width: cover all glass panes; Maximum acceptable width: not to exceed window trim outer edge. Cabinets: o All Cabinetry shall be removed and disposed of o Supply and install HUD Severe Use cabinets - Pre-Finished White, in the original layout Kitchen Countertops: o Remove all existing kitchen countertops and sinks. o Supply and install new Formica countertops with 4" backsplash. - Contractor to provide samples o Supply and install stainless steel, 50-50 double bowl, Top mount sink and single-handle faucet with integral sprayer. o Re-Install existing garbage disposal o Supply and install 30" x 24" stainless steel back splash behind stove below new hood. At locations where stove is in corners, supply and install additional stainless-steel backsplash at sides. HVAC Registers and Returns: o Remove and replace all with new, white plastic register and metal return grilles. Size to match existing openings. Outlets and Switches: o Remove all existing switches, electrical outlets, cable TV outlets and telephone jacks/outlets throughout the unit o Supply and install new white switches, electrical outlets, cable TV outlets, and telephone outlets and associated cover plates throughout the unit. Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors: o Supply and install new smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors to have 10-year battery. Smoke Detectors must meet NSPIRE requirements. o Installation locations must meet the current HUD and CHA approved locations Doors and door hardware: o Remove all existing interior door hardware. o Paint existing interior hollow doors, replace if damaged (Per approved Paint Schedule) o Supply and install all new door hardware to include hinges, strike plates, door knobs, and door stops at all interior doors, to include closets, storage areas, mechanical closets, and pantries. Finish to be brushed nickel. Lighting: o Remove and replace all existing overhead and/or wall mounted light fixtures o Supply and install new 13-inch Project Source flush mount light - Nickel Appliances: o Installation of CHA supplied Stove, Dishwasher, Range Hood and Refrigerator Contractor to coordinate with owner to pick up appliances from CHA warehouse Bathroom: o Removal and disposal of medicine cabinet o Installation of frameless mirror o Removal and disposal of toilet o Installation of new toilet o Removal and disposal of Vanity o Installation of new vanity (white) with new sink and faucet o Removal and disposal of light o Installation of new LED wall mounted fixture o Refinishing of tub and surround o Supply and install toilet paper holder and towel bar - silver
