This project involves the installation a an outdoor heat pump unit and an indoor coil within the existing AH-1 airhandling unit at The Pines located in Burns Lake, BC. This project will involve the modification of an existing outdoor shed and related structures. The scope of work generally includes the following: 1. Demolish existing shed structure and refinish affected roofing. 2. Extend existing shed concrete pad as needed. 3. Install outdoor heat pump unit and new chain link fence. indoor coil in AH-1. 4. Install indoor coil in AH-1. 5. Controls update and updated sequence of operation.
