The award will be at a public meeting of the Greensburg Board of Public Works at a future date to be determined. All proposals shall be for complete construction only and must be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form No. 96 together with the proper forms included in the Contract Documents, the entire set of which shall be filed intact as a bid. The project will bean itemized bid and will include, but is not limited to, clearing and grading, earthwork, an asphalt bike and pedestrian trail, site furnishings, landscape plantings, an asphalt parking lot with ADA parking spaces (Alternative Bid), and all incidental work required, as specified in the Contract Document and Plans.
