Greensburg CCMG 2024-2 Question Deadline 01/31/2025 at 5:00 PM ET The award will be at a public meeting of the Greensburg Board of Public Works at a future date to be determined. All proposals shall be for complete construction only and must be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form No. 96 together with the proper forms included in the Contract Documents, the entire set of which shall be filed intact as a bid. Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked: "GREENSBURG CCMG 2024-2" The project will be an itemized bid and will include, but is not limited to, asphalt mill and resurfacing, full depth asphalt patching, sidewalk and curb replacement, drainage structure improvements, ADA curb ramp replacement, and all incidental work required, as specified in the Contract Document and Plans. The Successful Bid Will Be the Lowest Responsible and Responsive Bidder, However the Greensburg Board of Public Works Reserves the Right to Reject Any Proposal, to Waive Technicalities or Irregularities Therein, to Delete Any Bid Item or Items and to Award a Contract on the Proposal That in Their Judgment is Most Advantageous to the City of Greensburg. The intent of these Special Provisions and Supplemental Specifications, together with the Standard Specifications and Plans, is to provide for the construction of the following: 2024-2 CITY OF GREENSBURG COMMUNITY CROSSING MATCHING GRANT PROJECT including various sections of various streets in the city of Greensburg in Decatur County, Indiana. The street sections included are itemized in the attached table. The work shown on the plans and presented in the specifications is for the complete construction of the various items of work presented. The amount Bid for the various items shall be for the complete work. Where minor variations are encountered which require minor variations in the type of work, minor variations in the material requirements, or additional miscellaneous hardware or other items, no additional allowance will be made the Contractor. However, the work shall be completed as if shown on the plans or directed by these specifications. Where substantial variations are encountered, an Extra Work Agreement will be negotiated between the Owner and Contractor prior to commencing work on any item with such substantial variations. If the Contractor proceeds with any work without obtaining an Extra Work Agreement, such work will be deemed to be a minor variation. Any work abutting another project shall be coordinated with the contractor of that project and the Director of Public Projects will be involved as needed for scope changes to either project as required.
