Project NO: GA 2201-49, 3-13-0115-045-2023, 10.2404, 24065, 100123057 The approximate extent and character of the work is generally described as follows: This project generally consists of construction of a new general aviation terminal building and landside sitework at the Valdosta Regional Airport. The Base Bid for the Project includes the general aviation terminal building, new entry roadway modifications, parking, utilities, fencing and other site improvements. The Base Bid will also include demolition of the existing General Aviation Terminal Building upon completion of the new building. There are two deductive alternates included. Construction contract time for General Aviation Terminal Building Project, if awarded will be completed as described below: The Base Bid work (General Aviation Terminal Building and Landside Sitework) is to be substantially completed within a maximum 420 consecutive calendar days from the commencement date specified in the written Notice to Proceed. The project will be constructed in multiple phases with traffic control and temporary construction measures required to maintain service to the existing terminal building while the new terminal building is being constructed. This project is funded under provision of the Airport and Airway Safety and Capacity Act of 1987.
