The Waterchase Community Development District, located in Hillsborough County, FL is seeking proposals from qualified civil engineers to provide professional engineering services on a continuing basis, services to include: planning, preparing reports, plans, designs and specifications for drainage and storm water management system and facilities, street lighting, and other community infrastructure operated and maintained by the District, as authorized in Chapter 190 F.S. The engineer or firm selected will act in the general capacity of District Engineer and provide the above engineering services as required. Any firm or individual desiring to provide professional services to the District must be licensed in the state of Florida, furnish a Rate Sheet and a Statement of Qualifications, including a resume for key staff, references, and relevant experience with pertinent supporting data. The District shall select the proposal most advantageous to the District and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals with or without cause. Any questions related to this request may be addressed to the District Manager. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
