Refinishing the upper concourse traffic coating at Raymond James Stadium. The TAMPA SPORTS AUTHORITY reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities, if any, and accept the bid, which in the judgment of the Authority, is determined to be in its best interest The final day for asking questions regarding this ITB is Friday, April 18, 2025 not later than 10am. All questions regarding this Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be submitted in writing and emailed to bids@tampasportsauthority.com. 1.1 Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to refinish approximately 78,470 square feet (39,235 square feet per upper deck) of the upper concourse traffic coating at Raymond James Stadium. o 1.2 Install a durable, non-skid, flexible, waterproofing traffic coating system with excellent UV, chemical, and wear resistance, and seamless repairability. o 1.3 Perform all work in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and industry's best practices. o 1.4 Coordinate with Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) and their representatives to minimize disruption and facilitate facility usage. o 1.5 Complete all work in 60 calendar days with July 11, 2025 deadline. o 1.6 Normal working hours are 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Any work outside these hours requires 48 hours prior approval from TSA. o 1.7 TSA will provide a schedule of space availability
