Turf grass conversions to native vegetation at three pump house/reservoir locations, two rounds of herbicide at each of the three locations, seed with pollinator native vegetation, and providing stewardship of the pollinator sites for three years. Bid Bond 5% The successful bidder must furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond in the full amount of the bid. A scanned copy of the bid bond must be included in the pdf file submission. All work under this contract shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate Act of the State of Illinois, 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq. and Employment of Illinois Works on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570/0.01 et seq.). Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after closing date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsigned, via mail, via in person delivery, via fax, via email or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, may be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village of Glenview reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Village.
