Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glenview, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Questions are required no later than 4:00 P.M. on November 19th, 2024. Location Fir Street, Cedarwood Lane, Swa HMA pavement reconstruction and resurfacing, approximately 4905 LF of water main installation, approximately 574 LF of storm sewer installation, miscellaneous sanitary sewer improvements, concrete curb and gutter construction/replacement, sidewalk construction/replacement, driveway replacement, and parkway restoration. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond in the full amount of the bid. A scanned copy of the bid bond must be included in the pdf file submission. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after closing date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. The Village of Glenview reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Village.
