Reference Number 0000367493 Bid Intent Not Available Colorado State University (CSU) is seeking firms interested in pre-qualifying to provide abatement contracting services at CSU campuses. The scope of services for the shall be asbestos abatement as typically performed by a general abatement contractor. Services shall include labor, materials, tools, special tools, equipment, transportation, and subcontractors as required to complete asbestos abatement work with total project responsibility subject to Owner's inspection. These tasks include but are not limited to: Asbestos abatement in buildings. Abatement monitoring and final clearances. Selective demolition of non-structural building components ($50,000 value or less). The prequalification term will initially last one (1) year. The start date will be December 20, 2024 with possible extensions through December 30, 2027.
