Delmar Township Maintenance Building Project Each BID must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the BID. As soon as the BID prices have been compared, the Owner will return the Bonds of all except the three lowest responsible bidders. When the Agreement is executed, the bonds of the two remaining unsuccessful bidders will be returned. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, or to limit the scope of work involved. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Should there be reasons why the contract cannot be awarded within the specified period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Owner and the Bidder. Question Deadline 11/22/2024 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing, and submitted via the Larson Design Group Bid Plan Site not later than five (5) days prior to the date fixed for receiving of bids. Failure of any bidder to receive any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his bid as submitted. All such addenda so issued shall become part of the contract documents. All addenda will be issued by Larson Design Group, Inc.
