Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clinton Twp, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Question Deadline 11/08/2024 Direct questions related to this RFP to Lillian Grayson, Purchasing & Risk Management Coordinator, Chippewa Valley Schools, and submit such questions in writing no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening date. Include the RFP number, page, section and paragraph number for each question. Send all questions to Lillian Grayson at purchasing@cvs.k12.mi.us. District is seeking proposals to procure, install, integrate, and configure new UPS equipment and all associated low voltage cabling district-wide. The proposal shall also include the removal of existing UPS equipment. Bidders shall note that this RFP does not include any inspection, service, or repair work on the District's computer network. Districtshall not entertain any proposals that include such work. Chippewa Valley Schools is exempt from all taxes. A tax exemption certificate will be issued upon request. Board of Education review/approval December 9, 2024 or January 13, 2025 Contract begins January 2025 All bidders must provide signed Affidavits for School Safety required in Michigan Compiled Laws and Iran Linked Business disclosure in compliance with Public Act 517 of 2012 and attach this information to the bid proposal. The District will not consider a bid proposal that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements. The right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, is reserved by Chippewa Valley Schools. The Board of Education will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid.
