Question Deadline 11/21/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, Questions and requests for clarification related to definition or interpretation of this RFB shall be submitted in writing prior to time by email to: Victoria Barboza, Purchasing Manager purchasing@portagemi.gov. No questions will be accepted via telephone and oral explanations or instructions shall not be considered binding on behalf of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, and further reserves the right to accept any bid or parts of bids which it deems to best serve the interest of the City. Award will generally be made to a single bidder on each entire lot. However, the City reserves the right to award by line item within any lot which it deems to best serve the interest of the City. In addition, contracts will be awarded pending City Council budget approval.
