Questions relative to the Technical Specification may be addressed to: Steve Van Dyke, Data Center Systems Specialist, at (269) 323-5106 or svandyke@portageps.org A. Work to be completed as part of this bid will be done at the sites as detailed in the drawings and specifications: B. Access to the sites shall be from 7:00a to 5:00p Monday through Friday. a. Arrangements can be made for additional time on site during each day as scheduled with the owner and the construction manager. b. The building is under construction, so work must be coordinated with the Construction Manager c. Site locations are: i. Central Elementary School 8422 S. Westnedge Portage, MI 49002 ii. Haverhill Elementary School 6633 Haverhill Ave Portage, MI 49024 All questions shall be submitted to the owner no later than December 10, 2024 at 2pm. All questions shall be sent via e-mail to Steve Van Dyke and Susannah Sims at Portage Public Schools.
