Renovation of a mixed-use development in Portage, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Portage Public School District is seeking the services of a single contractor to provide wood gym floor renishing services as noted below. The award will be made on the basis of the overall best proposal as determined by the school district. This will be for a one year contract with an option to renew for two additional one year periods. The gym floor renishing must be performed from the period between 7/1/25 and 8/11/25.
