Introduction A. Portage Public Schools invites qualified contractors to provide proposals for Classroom technology installation at Central Elementary and Haverhill Elementary schools. This work includes: a. Base Bid i. The base bid is the cost for the installation of all the classroom technology equipment and patch cables including all equipment, labor, installation, configuration and testing. 1. Base bid must be broken down to two line items, one for Central Elementary School, and one for Haverhill Elementary School B. The Contractor shall pay all costs of the Work including, but not limited to, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, freight, taxes, royalties, patent fees, support facilities, construction equipment, water, heat, utilities, supervision, overhead, and all other items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work.
