Renovation of a mixed-use development in Aiken, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The School District of Aiken County will accept bids for the "2025 Painting of Schofield Middle School and Exterior of Gloverville Elementary School " Performance and Labor/Materials (Payment) Bonds along with notarized Power of Attorney will be required. A Bid Bond or Certified Check for five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required. A valid Certificate of Insurance must also be submitted with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive all technicalities and formalities. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening.
