The School District of Aiken County will accept proposals for the "2024 Annual Contract For: Installation/Inspections/Testing/Repairs of Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, Intercom Systems, Access Control Systems, Camera Systems, and Data Systems. Proposals are to be submitted from qualified Contractors who are licensed in South Carolina for commercial schoolwork in Aiken County. Due to the possibility of negotiation with any offer submitting a proposal which appears to be eligible for contract award pursuant to the section criteria set forth in this "Request For Proposal" (RFP), prices will not be divulged at the time of closing. This solicitation does not commit Aiken County Public Schools to award a contract to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal, or to procure or contract for the articles of goods and services. Aiken County Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received because of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this proposal if it is in the best interest of the School District to do so.
