Proposed improvements Include: Removing and replacing the existing pavement. Overlay the bridge over Division Street. Blast portion of rock bluff to accommodate future trail extension. During construction, the roadway will remain open to through traffic. Construction will be phased to utilize one lane in each direction. Construction is expected to start in the spring of 2026 and end in the fall of 2026.
