The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids for the removal and replacement of the EPDM roof, including insulation, at the Decorah Maintenance Garage. Scope of work to include removal of existing membrane roof and insulation and replacement, Installation of new vapor barrier. DOT estimated start date: July 1, 2025 (Start date to be coordinated with DOT project manager. This is an estimated start date after all required documents are received.)
