Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Decorah, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of equipment at the Decorah Wastewater Treatment including influent screen, anaerobic digester heat exchangers, activated sludge aeration system blowers and fine bubble diffusers, and clarifier drives. The plant electrical power and controls equipment will also be replaced. The Project includes associated site, demolition, mechanical and other associated items. The City of Decorah, lowa, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. The Contract Times will commence to run within 30 days after the Effective Date of the Contract or at the end of the bid acceptance period, whichever is earlier. Question Deadline 09/04/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing, must be received at least five days prior to the day set for receiving Bids.
