Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Oxford, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required for the Covered Bridge Roof and Siding Replacement 2024. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin and are required to follow all State of Ohio prevailing wage rate requirements. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, in their consideration, offered the lowest and best proposal. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected. Bidders may address inquiries to: Michael B.
