Renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and fire / police facility.

SCOPE OF WORK: Recommend a new elevator that fits the current configuration of the building Handle all architectural work, plans, etc. Pull proper permits. The Town will waive permit fees except fees paid to other entities (ie: ADA fees to State) Remove existing elevator Dispose of all materials. If a dumpster is required, it should be included in the quotation. All electrical work Fire alarms Any necessary plumbing Phone line Any other work required to disassemble the current elevator and install the new one
