In general, this project involves removing existing wallpaper/coverings, refinishing walls in the kitchen, two (2) bathrooms, classroom, and hallway of the lower level of the police department. Construction to include replacement of portions of dry wall, replacing insulation as needed, finishing walls, painting walls, and applying vinyl baseboard.
