In general, this project involves electrical work to upgrade fire detection and alert system in central Animal Control Pound room, and for the west wing Animal Control Pound addition, to rough-in and complete installation of light switches, ceiling light fixtures, wall power outlets, a mini-split HVAC system and exterior condenser unit, an exterior flood light, and fire alarm pull-down switch, heat/smoke sensor in the ceiling, and fire alarm strobe light.Qualified bidders will be afforded an opportunity to conduct a site visit for their proposal.
