Renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In general, this project involves electrical work to upgrade fire detection and alert system in central Animal Control Pound room, and for the west wing Animal Control Pound addition, to rough-in and complete installation of light switches, ceiling light fixtures, wall power outlets, a mini-split HVAC system and exterior condenser unit, an exterior flood light, and fire alarm pull-down switch, heat/smoke sensor in the ceiling, and fire alarm strobe light.Qualified bidders will be afforded an opportunity to conduct a site visit for their proposal. No bidder may withdraw his/her/their bid within ninety (90) days after the bid is submitted. License Required: Bidder(s) must be a licensed electrician in Rhode Island The Town of Richmond reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in he bids received, and to accept and award the bid to the lowest qualified bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town of Richmond.
