Rebid date is on 12/10/2025 at 10:00 AM Description of Work to be Performed: 1. Procure, wire and install: a. One (1) Mitsubishi H21 hyper heat pump outdoor unit, 18,000 BTU, R454-B refrigerant; b. Two (2) Mitsubishi wall mount heat pump indoor wall mount units, one in the Cat Pound Room and one in the Dog Pound Room; c. One (1) Condensing Unit wall bracket; d. Refrigeration and condensate drain piping including slim duct line set cover; e. Control wiring extending from the outdoor unit to two (2) wall units. 2. The Town of Richmond has a donor to fund the cost of one Mitsubishi wall mount unit, so bidder should deduct that unit from their estimate.
