Reference Number : 0000367736 The El Rancho Unified School District is soliciting offers from qualified E-Rate bidders to provide E-Rate Eligible Wide Area Network (WAN) Services (as described herein) within the El Rancho Unified School District in the time and manner specified in this bid. Prevailing Wage Rates: Pursuant to California Labor Code Section 1773, the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California has determined the generally prevailing rates of wages in the locality in which the Work is to be performed. Copies of these determinations, entitled "Prevailing Wage Scale", are maintained at the State of California, Department of Industrial Relations website. Copies of wages may be requested from the Purchasing Department office and are available written upon request. The Contractor to whom the contract for the Work is awarded shall post a copy of all applicable prevailing wage rates for the Work at conspicuouslocations at the site of the Work. The Contractor and all Subcontractors performing any portion of the Work shall pay not less than the applicable prevailing wage rate for the classification of labor provided by their respective Workers in the execution of the Work. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the proposal process.
