The worthington pavilion security upgrade project involves improving the perimeter hardware security of the facility to limit residents from wandering and leave the premise without notice. The current perimeter doors do not have visual and/or audible alarming controls for staff to monitor while patient care is delivered. This project addresses these ongoing concerns through replacing the perimeter hardware with new secured and alarming exit devices, completed with a centralized control at the Nursing station.
