Completion Date: Aug. 1, 2025 Description: The proposed construction is described in general as follows: Construction of mainline underground electric distribution line including the installation of conduit and related materials. The new circuit to be constructed is approximately 1.6 miles long. Question Deadline 11/27/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. SCOPE: A. The GENERAL, SUPPLEMENTAL, and other CONDITIONS of the Contract are hereby made part of this Section. B. The construction herein specified is for Center to West Substation Tie Circuit for Spencer Municipal Utilities, Spencer, IA. The specifications shall cover the labor and material for all equipment required to complete the work. C. The Contractor shall realize that the work specified herein consists of the installation of continuous conduit (innerduct) on existing right-of-way or easements all as shown on the staking sheets. The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions in avoiding existing utilities.
