The City of Deer Park reserves the right to reject any and all qualification statements, and to waive minformalities. The City Council's decision will be final. The City of Deer Park is requesting Statements Qualifications (SOQ's) for the selection of professional engineering services for the design, and contract administration, for the Dow Park Drainage Pipe Rehabilitation & Parking Lot Improvements. The proposed project consists of professional engineering services for design phase, bid phase, and construction phase for the Project. Firms submitting must have experience in the areas of parking lot/pavement design, drainage design and underground utilities (water, wastewater and private utility coordination). The City of Deer Park is requesting qualification statements from firms who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience and qualifications to provide the City with quality Engineering Services for the Project. Qualified firms must exhibit their expertise in all facets related to the design of parking lot reconstruction and drainage rehabilitation. Only firms submitting for this RFQ will be considered for the project based off the scoring results from the selection committee.
