Work includes replacement of membrane roofing, storefront and entry system at the main Vestibule. New automatic door operators shall be installed. All prime Contractors submitting Bids on the Project shall encourage qualified minority subcontractors to perform any portion of the Work in the Project which is not performed by the Contractor's own forces.
