The contractor's license number must be visible on the sealed envelope containing the bid. Bidders must provide proof of good standing with the federal government and confirm that they are not barred or suspended through online. Additionally, they must have worker's comp coverage and liability insurance as per parish guidelines Any individual needing special accommodations due to a disability must contact the Library Director at (985)369-7070 at least seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
