Kane County (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Kane County North Event Center Show Barn and Riding Arena The Project includes the following Work: Erection of Owner furnished pre-engineered metal building, site demolition, site grading, gravel base course, concrete retaining wall, concrete stairs and flatwork, waterline and meter, fencing, drainage pipe, and related work. Bids will be received for single contract. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $426,000 for Base Bid, $234,000 for Additive Alternate No. 1 and $161,500 for Additive Alternate No. 2. The Project has an expected duration of 180 days.
