As of August 12, 2025, this project has been awarded and construction is nearing completion. Questions Due Date: Apr 18th 2025, 2:00 PM MDT Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a General Contractor (B100) to remodel Brockbank Junior High School, 2935 S 8560 W, Magna, Utah. Work shall include, but is not limited to: Removal of floor finishes not otherwise removed by Abatement Contractor. Selective demolition interior wall systems not otherwise removed by Abatement Contractor. Selective demolition of cabinetry, finishes, and other building assemblies as described by Drawings and Specifications. Patch and repair as described by Drawings and Specifications. Removal of Electrical and Mechanical systems as indicated. Installation of new wall systems, doors, and frames. The Date of Substantial Completion is Friday, August 1, 2025. Installation of new finishes, interior and exterior painting. Installation of graphics. Structural modifications. New lighting. Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work as indicated. Removal of existing fire alarm devices and installation of new fire alarm and CO detection system. The bidder is required to submit a Bid Bond, with the bid, for a total bid amount that is $50,000.00 or greater.
