Purpose of the Request for Proposals "RFP" Salt Lake County, on behalf of its Division of Public Works Operations, or the County, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms hereafter referred to as "Proposer / Contractor" to provide services for concrete construction activities required by for new construction, expansion, repair, or maintenance of existing Salt Lake County Public Works projects. This contract may be used by other Agencies within the County. Individual projects have a maximum dollar amount as determined by Utah Code, further described in Section 2.2 of this RFP. This is a multiple award contract. The County may select up to six (6) of the topranked Proposers to be part of the concrete projects contractor's pool. Proposers are advised that the County is not bound by the terms of the RFP until a written agreement is fully executed. Any activity taken by the Proposer prior to full execution of a written agreement is done at the Proposer's sole risk. If the RFP needs to be modified or clarified, the County will issue a written amendment on U3P. Question Submission Questions may be submitted through U3P until the deadline for questions submission, which is October 29, 2024, at 1:00 pm.
