Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Magna, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Description Roads and landscape material including asphalts and road and railroad construction materials and soil stabilizers and artificial turf and construction aggregates including rock, gravel, and sand Paving service including highway paving and road paving and infrastructure building services and parking lot and surfacing services DESCRIPTION OF WORK. The WORK comprises of the removal of existing asphalt pavement, supplementing and cement treating existing base course, and repaving roadway. Work includes replacement of select ADA ramps, curb and gutter, and sidewalk; and replacing two (2) storm drain crossings. The work is largely on Magna Main St (2700 S) from 8400 W to 9200 W in Magna, UT. Work is included on 9040 W and 8550 W from Magna Main St to 2600 S as bid alternates.
