As of January 10,2025, project was awarded to Atlantic Pipe Services, LLC, awarded amount is $1,488,674.30. 1.1.1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. 1.1.2. Omission of a specific item or component part of a system obviously necessary for the proper functioning of the system shall not relieve the Contractor of the responsibility of furnishing the item as part of the work at no additional cost to the City. 1.1.3. The Contractor shall perform the Work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction. 1.1.4. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations which are applicable to this Project. The City of Palm Coast is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide trenchless pipe rehabilitation services for the repair of aging, damaged, and deteriorated stormwater infrastructure along three sections of Belle Terre Parkway, located between Palm Coast Parkway and Matanzas Woods Parkway (see location maps for reference). This project involves a total of seventeen stormwater pipes, varying in length and diameter, situated beneath Belle Terre Parkway that require trenchless rehabilitation to restore functionality and extend the infrastructure's lifespan.
