Scope of Work 1. At 70 doors, remove and properly dispose of existing Dormakaba fob locks. 2. Install 70 new Dormakaba Wi-Q Mortise Lock HID Prox II Reader, Satin Chrome: 1 st Floor (18 locks) 2 nd Floor (25 locks) 3 rd Floor (27 locks) 3. Install 70 new stainless steel cover plates with IC core for key override. 4. Install 10- Dormakaba Wi-Q Portal Gateway for up to 64 Readers/Locks. 5. Install 10- Dormakaba Wi-Q Portal Gateway for up to 64 Readers/Locks. 6. 60- Keri Systems Software License for BEST Wi-Q Lock Management (per lock or WAC). 7. Two (2) Keri Systems Mercury System Processor Module with Two Reader Onboard DDM Contractor is fully responsible for the installation, programming, and testing of the requested system. HASBARCO will assist as needed with site entry coordination, site preparations, and with any logistics and support personnel.
