Renovation of an educational facility in Goleta, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 940-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services for the interior improvements including: ADA upgrades, selective demotion work, new casework, select equipment, room finishes and component additions and/or alterations to plumbing and electrical design as required for a complete system. Existing mechanical systems are to remain protected in place. New equipment selection requires both owner and contractor to provide equipment pieces to be installed as noted on plans.
