Phase I Infrastructure Improvement The Project includes the following Work: * Base Bid: This work includes expansion of water and wastewater facilities to the east side of the City from 5th Ave. and Lee St. to the east side of the new Cenex Farmers Union Oil Co. gas station with a duplex submersible lift station, forcemain, sewer main, and water main Two private lift stations will be removed and placed on the new gravity sewer main with this project. * Alternate Bid A: The work includes the installation of water main from Elm St. and 5th Ave. to the east side of William St. and connections to existing water services. * Alternate Bid B: This work includes the installation of one block of sewer main and water main with asphalt surfacing and curb and gutter from 5th Ave. & Prospect St. to 5th Ave. and Lee St. The Work to be performed under this contract shall be substantially completed by October 31, 2025. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds as described in the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bidders shall comply with the Equal Opportunity Clause published at 41 CFR Part 60 and Executive Orders 11246, 11518, and 11625, as amended.
