Clark County is soliciting proposals for: Request for Proposal #907 Stormwater Management Action Plan (SMAP) Title VI Statement Clark County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. It is the policy of Clark County to ensure that no person on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex as provided in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, pursuant to '}n amended, is excluded for participating in, being denied the benefits of, or being discriminated against by any county-sponsored program or activity.
