Traffic signal upgrades including pedestrian signal pole and push button installation; signal head replacement; replacement of in-ground detection loops with radar detection systems, signal cabinet replacement, directional drilling to install signal conduit and fiber optic Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS); traffic camera installation; signal conduit, wiring, and junction box installation and replacement. Primary bid items: Mobilization, ITS, Traffic Signal System, Project Temporary Traffic Control. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted using the electronic CRP Inquiry Submittal Form located on the County website Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or proposal bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory contract bond, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to Clark County. The County reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, reject any or all bids, or cancel the bid if the best interests of Clark County are not served. Estimated budget: $380,000 to $450,000 Documents on the project are from the original bid and the project contact has been unresponsive to the content team in providing updated documents for the rebid.
