Description: Project Introduction Barton County is accepting bids to widen a Reinforced Concrete Box (RCB) on NW 10 Avenue approximately 0.25 miles south of NW 20 Road near Great Bend, KS. Project Requirements Refer to the details in the Request for Bids contained in the bidding documents. Please note that bids must be submitted on the Bid Form found in the bidding documents that are available from the office of the Barton County Engineer. Barton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals and award in the County's best interests. Barton County will award bids/proposals only to responsible contractors possessing the ability to perform successfully under the terms and conditions of a proposed procurement. In addition, consideration will be given to such matters as contractor integrity, compliance with public policy, a record of past performance, delivery, warranty, integration, and financial and technical resources.
