2025 Cold Mix Asphalt Contract-Barton County, KS Barton County is seeking bids from qualified contractors to mix approximately 25,000 tons of cold mix asphalt at our County sandpit near Great Bend. Barton County will supply all aggregates and liquid asphalt. The selected contractor will set up a drum mixer asphalt plant and provide all necessary equipment, labor, and fuel for the mixing and stockpiling operation as specified in the contract documents. Bids must be submitted using the form in the bidding documents.
