Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The budget is around $370,394.50 including all the alternates. Calumet County, a tax-exempt municipal corporation under Wisconsin Statue 77.54(9a), will receive sealed bids for the Calumet County - H.H.S Appleton Building Remodel. The Project consists of miscellaneous property upgrades consisting of improved exterior facades, new building lighting, masonry restoration, mechanical and sump pump upgrades, interior lighting, and security system implementations.
